THE COLLABORATION

FEATURE FILM

A look into the unique and rich friendship between two of the worlds most interesting artists, Pop Art legend Andy Warhol, and the King of Neo Expressionism, Jean-Michel Basquiat.

DESCRIPTION

I was approached by Senior Colorist Rob Bessette to be part of the dailies coloring team for the film adaptation of the renowned stage play 'The Collaboration'. In this role, my responsibilities included processing the day's shoot overnight, providing offline assets to the editing team based in London, UK, and preparing screeners for the Boston production crew to review.

This opportunity allowed me to collaborate with the esteemed Director of Photography, Robert Yeoman. Although the dailies process was just a small part of the overall post-production, it provided me with the chance to work with stunning visuals of exceptional quality. We utilized DaVinci Resolve for processing the dailies and relied on Frame.io to deliver the screeners to the production team.
